An Office Chat admin can view and delete a Team’s Chat History. Viewing/Deleting Chat History requires a subscription to Office Chat Premium/Enterprise plans. Refer the pricing here.
Using the Office Chat Admin Portal
- Login to your Office Chat domain URL in a browser using your Office Chat user name and password.
- Choose the “Teams” tab in the left navigation.
- Click on the drop down next to the Team you want to delete messages from and click “View Chat History”.
- Move your mouse over the message to get the “Delete” button to delete a specific message or click on “Delete All Messages” to delete all the messages in that particular team’s chat history.
